Code of Conduct & Membership Covenant

The PA Christian Chamber of Commerce exists to unite and equip Christian business leaders who desire to honor Jesus Christ in every area of life. By joining, members agree to live and lead in alignment with biblical values and our Statement of Faith. Members are expected to live in a manner consistent with biblical teaching and to uphold the integrity of the Christian witness.

Member Commitments

As a member of PACCC, I commit to:

  • Honor Jesus Christ as Lord in life and business

  • Uphold the PACCC Statement of Faith

  • Conduct myself with integrity, humility, and excellence

  • Follow ethical and lawful standards within my profession

  • Treat others with dignity, respect, and compassion

  • Engage in relationships that encourage unity, honesty, and accountability

  • Avoid conduct, public or private, that contradicts biblical teaching or harms the witness of Christ

Professional Standards

Members agree to:

  • Operate their businesses honestly and ethically

  • Deliver products and services with excellence

  • Communicate truthfully and avoid misleading practices

Community Standards

Members commit to:

  • Encourage, support, and collaborate with fellow believers

  • Resolve conflict in a biblical manner

  • Speak with truth and grace, avoiding slander or divisiveness

Upholding the Mission

Members agree not to use the Chamber to promote beliefs or practices contrary to biblical teaching or the Statement of Faith.

Membership Accountability

Membership in PACCC is a privilege.

The Chamber reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member’s conduct:

  • Violates biblical teaching

  • Conflicts with the Statement of Faith

  • Violates professional ethics or law

  • Harms the reputation, unity, or mission of the Chamber

Our desire is always restoration. When appropriate, members may be encouraged toward repentance, reconciliation, and renewed fellowship.
