Karl Diffenderfer

Founder and President

Karl Diffenderfer founded the Pennsylvania Christian Chamber of Commerce with a bold vision: to equip faith-driven leaders to integrate biblical values with professional excellence and live out their convictions in the marketplace.

With over two decades serving Pennsylvania's business community, Karl brings a proven track record of walking alongside Christian entrepreneurs and business owners at pivotal moments of transformation. As CEO of Higher Impact, he has facilitated more than 10,000 coaching sessions throughout Central Pennsylvania and beyond, helping business leaders align their faith with their professional practices while building healthy, sustainable organizations.

The PA Christian Chamber of Commerce exists to serve leaders who refuse to separate Sunday faith from Monday business—leaders who believe Pennsylvania's marketplace can be transformed when Christians operate with both conviction and competence. Karl lives his mission daily through his walk with Christ, his 25+ year marriage to Jillian, and as father to four children and as a grandfather.

Jillian Diffenderfer

CoFounder, Operations

Jillian Diffenderfer co-founded the Pennsylvania Christian Chamber of Commerce alongside her husband Karl, bringing over a decade of expertise in nonprofit growth, marketing, and operations. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in building organizations that serve with both excellence and Kingdom purpose.

As a coach, communicator, and strategist at Higher Impact, Jillian specializes in helping leaders grow in clarity, purpose, and faith. With over 20 years of combined experience in marketing, leadership development, and personal formation, she guides Christian business owners and entrepreneurs through seasons of growth and transition—particularly around questions of identity, calling, and spiritual formation.

Jillian's passion is helping faith-driven leaders align their lives and leadership with God's purposes, refusing to compartmentalize faith from professional calling.

Through the PA Christian Chamber of Commerce, she works to create community and resources for Pennsylvania's Christian marketplace leaders who are committed to living out their convictions with both conviction and competence.

Jillian has been married to Karl for over 25 years and is a devoted mother to four children and grandmother.

Leah Nagle serves as Events Manager and Ambassador for the Pennsylvania Christian Chamber of Commerce, bringing over 20 years of marketing experience and a natural gift for connecting people. Leah has an extraordinary ability to see potential relationships before they exist—introducing the right people at the right time and creating spaces where authentic Kingdom-minded partnerships can flourish.

As co-owner of Udder Bliss Creamery in Elizabethtown with her husband Scott, Leah understands firsthand the challenges Christian entrepreneurs face. Her work building local flavor collaborations with Pennsylvania businesses and transforming an ice cream shop into a genuine community gathering place demonstrates her talent for bringing people together around shared values and mutual benefit.

Leah's true strength lies in her ability to design and execute meaningful events that go beyond networking. She creates experiences where faith-driven business leaders don't just exchange business cards—they build real relationships, discover collaborative opportunities, and encourage one another in their Kingdom calling. As an active member of the Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce, Leah bridges local and statewide business communities with genuine care, making her an invaluable ambassador for the PA Christian Chamber's mission.
