Revival in the marketplace is the goal. Not a larger membership. Not a better business climate. Revival. It began in July 2025 with a group of Pennsylvania owners who were done doing this alone. It has grown every month since. Chapter by chapter. Leader by leader.
Like tributaries feeding one river. A connected network of Christian chambers across Pennsylvania, where businesses flourish spiritually, personally, and professionally, setting a Christ-centered standard of excellence and influence.
This is still being built. The people who join now will set its direction.

The Hebrews Used One Word for Both
The Hebrew word avodah means work, worship, and service. It appears first in Genesis 2:15, in the garden, before anything had gone wrong.
The same word that describes laboring in a field describes worshiping God. “Six days you shall work.” “Let my people go, that they may worship me.” One word. Both verses.
There was no sacred and secular divide in the Hebrew mind.
When you run your crew well, price a job honestly, keep your word on a contract that turned against you, or develop a young employee nobody else would hire, that is not your day job funding your real ministry.
That is the worship.
It holds in the other direction too. If your work is worship, a business consuming your life is not a scheduling problem. Something is on the throne.
Abide is not the soft half of what we do.
You Are Already Standing in It
Church attendance is declining across Pennsylvania. Families are fragmenting. The people in your office, your shop, and on your job site carry their questions about meaning and morality with nowhere to take them.
For many of the people you employ, serve, and lead, the most consistent encounter they will have with a Christian is you. Not a sermon. You, on a Tuesday, when the schedule slipped and the customer is angry and everyone is watching how you handle it.
You are already discipling people. Every person on your payroll is learning from how you handle a bad quarter. The question is what they are learning. In a churchless culture, the marketplace is the mission field. It deserves leaders who are both faithful and formidable.
And it is where the next move of God in Pennsylvania is most likely to start.
That Is What We Are After
Christian entrepreneurs hold a vital key to revival. Not only in churches. In boardrooms, storefronts, shops, and job sites.
Revival has never started where people expected it. It starts where people are, and today people are at work. Your employees spend more waking hours inside your business than they spend anywhere else, including church, including home. That is not a crisis. That is a field.
Picture it across this Commonwealth. Owners who lead like Christ is watching, because He is. Companies known in their towns for how they treat people. Employees who encounter integrity, dignity, and generosity every day from a boss who did not have to give it. Money moving toward the needs in front of us. Young leaders formed instead of used.
That is not a business climate. That is a revival, and it runs through Pennsylvania’s businesses because that is where the people are.
Penn called this Commonwealth a holy experiment.
It was never disproven. It was set down.
We are picking it back up.
Running a business is one of the loneliest callings in modern life. Most owners have nobody to call on the Tuesday afternoon when the deal collapses, the employee fails, or the moral question lands on the desk.
They especially do not have anyone who shares their convictions.
We are changing that.
